We collect only what an order requires — name, address, email, and payment handled by our processor (we never see card numbers). We don't sell data, we don't buy audiences, and every marketing email has a working unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregate and anonymized. Request export or deletion of your data anytime at care@lumashift.com.
Terms of Service
By ordering you confirm you're 18+ or have guardian consent. Prices in USD; we reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Subscriptions renew at the cadence you chose and can be skipped, paused, or cancelled anytime before a renewal cuts. Limited drops are final-sale but always covered by the damage guarantee. Don't resell at scale without a wholesale agreement — talk to us instead.
Shipping & Returns
Orders ship within 1–2 business days; continental US delivery in 3–5. Free over $60, carbon-neutral always. Damaged, wrong, or missing items: email a photo within 30 days and we reship or refund — no forms, no return postage. Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping.
